What are the social charges for EURL and entreprise individuelle businesses?

I want to setup a company in France with my French girlfriend to give cooking classes, distribute health food products, we also aim to have a small farm in the countryside.

What are the current social charges (tax) for EURL and entreprise individuelle for small company? This forum mentions 15% for small company, is this real?
Are there any advantages if we are actually married and is there any title like family enterprise?
What is the cost for setting a EURL? We prefer an EURL as entreprise individuelle does not have limited responsibility.
