What company information should I have on my website?

I started my auto-entrepreneur company in January 2010 and thank goodness it is going quite well. On my contact details I have my telephone number and email address - that is all. I have been told, as opposed to being advised, that by law I need to show:

My terms and conditions
Physical address of the business
A Privacy Policy

And all of this information should to be in English and French. Is this true and is there any other information that I should be showing? Can I be reported for not publishing these details on my website?
