What do I need to become an agent immobilier in 2021?

I have been approached by someone I know with a proposal to start an immobilier business in France, with me as the immobilier and other colleagues as the agents commercial.
But I cannot seem to find a straight answer in what I need to qualify for a carte professionelle.
I have a bachelors degree and I’ve helped someone start a property advertising website, which is how I have become involved in this area of commerce.
- Do I need a particular qualification to apply for a carte professionelle?
- Perhaps a certain diploma. If so, how do I get it?
Even if you have a website where I could get the information, that would be amazing. I’m going round in circles at the moment!
