What do I need to do to get auto-entrepreneur retirement benefits?

I have another question about the retirement insurance or whatever the official name for that is. I have recieved mails about this months ago and to be honest I was a bit lazy to figure out what the mails were saying (and that my French was not that good back then). So is there something I should do within some period of time for anything apart from the card vitale? Something I need to know or do for retirement and something like that?

I have recieved a letter for my card vitale, and they asked for my birth certificates and I sent them. So I assume that is running normally. But I don’t know what this other insurance letters want me to do. (To be clear, it was REUNICA who sent me letter first about this).
