What do I need to do to run cooking classes at home and sell food online?

I’m a professional chef from Italy and moved to France recently. I live here with my French girlfriend. I have over 10 years experience as a chef and have specialised in vegetarian and fish cuisine. I would like to start cooking classes and also sell some products that I develop in my own kitchen (chocolate treats). I am already registered as an auto-entrepreneur business.

  1. What requirements do I have to meet in order to run cooking classes from home?
  2. What do I need to further develop in terms of a production kitchen to cater for private clients (mostly shipped online).

I’ve heard something called kitchen reglementation ddsv, but whenever I call nobody seems to pick up. Any information about costs etc. are much appreciated.
