What is the APE code for a gite manager?

I live rent free in the owners property in return for looking after the house, gardens, guests etc. I also receive a weekly allowance for cleaning the gite when guests leave. What APE code would I fall under?

I have plans in the future to expand this role into a more generic housekeeping/gite management business for other people, is this classed as a regulated trade and would I therefore need to provide supporting evidence of previous experience?

My income levels would be very much secondary or supplemental to the general household income. Would this then mean I would need to consider the less than 50% income rule? What would the pros and cons be?
