I moved to France in November 2013 with my wife on titre de séjour visiteur. In 2014, 2015 I worked as representative in France for travel agent in my home country. They were paying me a salary in my home country bank account. I bought 2 properties, one for rent and I stay in the second one. I think I was covered under regime reel in social security, paying high URSSAF cotisation since they told me that they charge roughly based on 2013 and 2014 revenue. This year during renewal (ameli) asked me to present the 2015 revenue declaration. I’ve been to the tax office and since we were in December 2015, they refused to accept my declaration and they asked me to pay taxes in my home country for salary revenue and property revenue.

I quit my job end of 2015 and I’m planning to establish a company, which can represent and help overseas clients to process or flow them up to work in France. Currently I have 3 companies (one of them my previous company) ready to sign annual contracts with me and lots of customers who frequently need help, e.g. find medical doctor, arrange hotel bookings, register their son to university, collect and ship their items, arrange pick up from airports, translate their documents, attestations… etc.) you can say general service.

  1. What to do with (ameli)?
  2. Which society in best to established?
  3. What kind of expenses can I deduct?
