What is the company infos legales and whay are they sending me bills?

I have received 2 bills from a company called Infos Legales with a post office box in Montreuil. The first stated that it was mandatory that I post a fiche with my business number in my office or store (I work from home so I disregarded it).

I received a second one page sheet that is titled Formulaire d’Inscription. They are billing me for 234 euros. I can not find any information on them and there is no phone number or email on the page. Can you tell me what this is and if I need to pay it? Thanks
