What is the Declaration Commune des Revenues form?
Just received a form from RSI this morning called Declaration Commune des Revenus des Professions Independantes 2009. It says Vous avez dépassé la date limite de déclaration des revenus.
What is this form? I did my taxt return and sent it in (recommandee) on 1st June, and I have paid my cotisations online (except last quarter - first trimester 2010 - when I had no turnover and so didn’t make a return at all). It came with a yellow leaflet that says Si vous avez éré exclusivement soumis au régime déclaritif micro social en 2009, vous n’avez pas a retourner la DCR. I recall seeing a leaflet like this before, so maybe this is a reminder for something that I don’t actually have to do? My only income in 2009 was from my auto-entrepreneur. I’m slightly worried as it has threats of fines etc. on the front of the form, but the leaflet seems to say I don’t have to return it.
