What is the function of CIPAV?
I registred as an auto-entrepreneur in June 2010 and in December 2011, I received a notice from CIPAV confirming my inscription and asking me to complete a Déclaration Règlementaire des auto-entreperneurs, which I did, indicating my husband as beneficiary in the event of my death. I’m not sure how I became affiliated with CIPAV.
Recently, I received a Demande de Paiement de la Cotisation du Regime de Base en Fonction du Revenue Estime (Ce formulaire concerne les assures affiliès depuis plus de deux ans à la CIPAV). I think they are asking me to estimate my revenue for 2011. Is this the same as declaring my total receipts for 2011? Is estimating receipts part of the auto-entrepreneur regime? The date of 05/03/2012 is imprinted at the signature line. Do I send this form to them now? What is the function of CIPAV and is it related to RSI and/or URSSAF?
