What tax liability for micro-entreprise business in year one?

I am planning to relocate my freelance translation business from the UK to France in early September 2017 (presumably as a micro-entreprise). The expected turnover in the first couple of years is expected to be 15,000 euros to 20,000 euros.

Please can you advise me of the current total social charges and tax liability in terms of percentage of turnover for year one of a micro-enterprise business?
what are the proposals put forward by President Macron for micro-entrepreneurs and when, if successful, might these come into effect?
