What to do with a ltd company [if I don’t really take or depend on any income from it]?

I am tax resident in France and run a micro BNC here - this 90% all my income. I also have a UK Ltd company that conducts its work outside of France. I, personally, don’t take any money from the Ltd company apart from a minimal monthly salary of £200 per month that I duly declare every year on my tax form.

This is what my French accountant advised. I have a some questions on this however:
1) I have never declared the company bank acct in France as it is not my account but the bank acct of the company. Is this correct?
2) Do I need to declare I have a Ltd company or do I just need to declare any income I receive from it?
3)  The company runs camps of short duration [2- 3 weeks and only 5 -10 weeks in total annually] all outside of France. With this in mind, is the structure I have OK or would it be better to find some sort of French alternative? I have always been reticent as it seems more costly for work that is not in fact performed in France.

Any advice gratefully received.
