What type of business registration is best to set up in France?
I moved to France in August this year. I am a social photographer with a projected annual turnover of 60,000 euros to 70,000 euros per annum. I’ve been working here from my UK base and the business has been established 16 years, the only difference is I live here now and don’t work in the UK at all anymore. I work alone in France and have no employees and approximately 20 to 25 clients per annum. My UK Limited company will be closed on 31 December 2016. My overheads/expenses are low, - call them 10,000 euros/year approximately.
I absolutely detest bookkeeping and accounting so would like to keep anything like for my business registered in France to an absolute minimum and prefer to pay someone else to do this for me. Happy to pay my taxes, even though they would be higher than micro-entrepreneur (maximum turnover is too low, - I thought I could squeeze into it but not) so what type of business in France would you advise I register?
