When do I declare earnings?

I registered today with net entreprises, was I meant to print something off and send it somewhere, so I can now declare earnings? My business is listed as starting on the 1st Jan 2010 so when do I need to make my first declaration? I believe I opted for every 3 months. I have filled in my letter from Coates Assurance saying I don’t employ anyone and also the Choix des institutions d’adhesions form from agrirc et arrco. However I couldn’t see the point of also filling in the Groupe Mornay Aux reimes de prevoyance as they all seem to ask the same things. Is it important to return this?
