When do I declare and pay my taxes?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur beginning in April 2019. I sent my first invoice for work done in May/June at the end of June 2019, when the project was delivered. I was only paid for the work in September 2019 due to a banking error. I’m a bit confused about when I should be filing my first tax return - when the invoice was sent or when the invoice was paid?
