When do I make my auto-entrepreneur declarations for social charges?

I registered a business last November to start working as an auto-entrepreneur profession liberal. I did not get around to set up my net entreprises account online yet, but have only received one declaration trimestrielle since I started. Just wondering what months I should include in this declaration that is due end of April. Should I include every month from November 2014 to April 2015?
