When is my first declaration due?

I have logged onto the Net Entreprise site after registering my business starting 1/5/13 and checked when to declare, I’m paying Trimestriel. It says the first declaration should be made in the Month of October. Does this sound right? Also I believe I will get a reminder before my payments are due?
