When should an auto-entrepreneur business change to régime réel?
I recently asked a question where we discussed my husband changing his France based carpentry auto-entrepreneur business over to entreprise individuelle under régime réel because he is reaching the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit.
You said he cannot change from auto-entrepreneur to entreprise individuelle under régime réel part way through the year which makes sense to me. However, my husband has since spoken with an accountant who is advising that he does not need to change in November/December and that he should continue as an auto-entrepreneur.
The accountant said that when he goes over the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit he will automatically been changed over to entreprise individuelle under régime réel. What in your opinion would be the advantages and disadvantages to doing it this way?
