Where do I find my Numero Fiscal

I happily and finally received my SIRET and social security number. I’m now trying to figure out what further steps I need to do. I’ve registered with the Net Entreprises and Urssaff websites.

When I try to register for Impot Gouv, they ask for my Numéro fiscal. Is this something that will be delivered to me at a later date? or do I need to apply on their website? Do I need to apply for this quite soon?

I understand that I won’t need to pay taxes (disregarding social security contributions) on this year’s income until May 2020? Is that correct?
I am registered as Regime Special BNC (micro fiscal), but without with versement libératoire selected.
