Which regime to choose with new 25,000€ VAT threshold

With the 20% vat coming into place in March this year I am wondering if there is a different regime that will work better.
My turnover is around 50k around 35 services and the rest sales.
I am now going to be paying around 37% charges plus tax. My business does not have many expenses that I can claim back the vat.
