Please tell me the best statute to enable the offset of subcontractor payment as deductable expenses. I am currently an AE builder and renovator, carrying decennale etc. I need to be able to pay occasional labourers (also AE) when necessary (becoming more so) without penalising the client with the resultant double tax, and also without the inconvenience of multiple invoices to the client. I have been told that you can process labour invoices as “materials” in AE, but this does not seem probable. I need a quick, easy (and preferably low cost!) transfer to the next best statute, what is your advice?
