Which structure to sell second hand cars from home?

I hope to purchase second hand cars from car auctions and retail them from home, in France. I expect the retail prices will be from €1000 to €15000 and I will be pleased to sell 2 per month to start with. I need to understand social and income tax charges. And do I register for TVA?
