I moved to France nearly three years ago where I am now domiciled. I work overseas as a consultant in finance (mainly in the US) but declare income here and pay tax. I pay social charges via URSSAF as I am not employed in France. I bought a property (via an overseas registered company I control) and employ gardeners and various artisans to work on the gardens and buildings; I pay them via CESU.
I would prefer to have access to professional supplies (herbicides etc) but for this I need to register with vendors with a SIRET. Which type of corporate structure would you suggest? I’m also wondering if their could also be a more efficient way to employ/pay the people who work here from time to time?
