Who do I chase to get my carte vitale?
Both my husband and I have registered our own Auto-entrepreneur, and each have our own SIRET numbers. We are also connected now to Radiance for Assurance and have a wonderful woman working with us. I opted to top up to 100% and my husband will now too, as he is now here full time. However, the carte vitales for each of us have not ever shown up. My insurance agent has chased down to RSI looking for our social security numbers, but they are nowhere to be found.
She says she has written RSI in Paris to ask for our social security numbers rapidly and most urgently now because I took a fall and ended up breaking bones, going to the hospital, getting X rays, etcetera. I am in quite a muddle with how to get reimbursed and how to provide the hospital with my social security number, when after nearly a year it is not to be found. Thanks for any direction you can point me in, that will bring me out of this tunnel.
