Who do I inform when changing my address as an auto-entrepreneur?

I have recently changed my address and have informed the CMA in Poiters, is there other organisations I should inform? Where do I send the feuille de soin to?

I am regestired as homme toute mains. So far I have worked only for English, Irish and German people and have given them a price for the work verbally. When the work is done I give them an invoice stating the work which I carried out and the price with my address and siret number - is this OK?
