Why was my application as jardinier refused?

I applied via the Chambre de Metiers in Annecy as you suggested and received this reply from them? I did it online as I had no time to go in person and perhaps this is why I have run into problems.

Vos activités sont incompatibles avec le statut d’auto-entrepreneur car vous releverez de la MSA.

I did the things you had recommended but must have made an error. Can you help me please?
