Will I be penalised when if my cotisations don’t go in on time?

When I paid my cotisations all year (4payments) online and I also paid the demands on 2 blue RSI forms that was sent out to me. RSI acknowledged receiving the letter, but never replied to it. You thought I had paid too much for my small business and I do. Now I am at the end of my 5th 1/4 and i can’t seem to pay my cotisations on line.

A message keeps appearing every day saying: Declaration chiffre in D’AFFAIRES DE ERREUR. Aucune declaration auto-entrepreneur n’est attendue pour le compte de siret no. It was my siret no. What do you think is happening now? Will I be penalised when my cotisations don’t go in on time?
