Will the tax office contact me automatically for my tax return for 2013?

I have not yet received my tax return for the end of the year 2013. I’ve been filling in my trimestrielle declarations and had a letter from the RSI confirming that these are up to date. Will the tax office contact me automatically or should I download a tax return from somewhere?
