Working for a UK company as an auto-entrepreneur?

I am just about to start the process of registering as an auto-entrepreneur, with two activities. Primarily I am going to be charging a UK registered limited company for sales and marketing services, provided remotely from France. The second is setting myself up as a holistic therapist providing Reflexology and Indian head massage. Is it possible to register doing both these activities? If so which section will they come under for taxes and social charges?
