I have registered as an auto-entrepreneur as a handyman in France. My partner (we are not married) has recently been offered work by her former employer in the UK, on a consultancy basis, i.e. self employed, doing some legal writing. The income will £250 per month to start with. What is the best way (most economical/straightforward) for her to pay tax in France?
There is the possibility that she could do this work for others and also that she may be asked to do more by the same company. She has been on UK maternity leave until recently when she has been unemployed (although not registered with pole emploi).
